The community council of Eptagonia has set the goal of creating a community that provides its people with all modern comforts. Within this frame, its has already accomplished many projects.
Some of these projects are:
- Construction of building where the offices for the community council, a conference room, the peripheral agricultural office, the community surgery, the Coop and the coop-grocery are housed.
- Expansion, preservation and conversion of the elementary school into a culture centre, which includes a big hall that can guest up to 200 persons, a small kitchen and restrooms.
- Expansion of the community cemetery.
- Addresses were created (streets were named and houses were given numbers).
- All streets in the village are now asphalt roadways.
- Repair and construction of supporting walls with the traditional stone.
- Potable water for the community through pipes.
