The community council of Eptagonia has set the goal of creating a community that provides its people with all modern comforts. Within this frame, its has already accomplished many projects.

Some of these projects are:

1. Construction of building where the offices for the community council, a conference room, the peripheral agricultural office, the community surgery, the Coop and the coop-grocery are housed.
2. Expansion, preservation and conversion of the elementary school into a culture centre, which includes a big hall that can guest up to 200 persons, a small kitchen and restrooms.
3. Expansion of the community cemetery.
4. Addresses were created (streets were named and houses were given numbers).
5. All streets in the village are now asphalt roadways.
6. Repair and construction of supporting walls with the traditional stone.
7. Potable water for the community through pipes.

The community council has already planned projects that will improve life in Eptagonia.

Some of them are:

1. Construction of a Community Park that will consist of a playground, benches on green grounds and of a hall designed for wedding receptions.
2. Construction of the Kellaki-Eptagonia roadway.
